This giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Range Sports Therapy ("Sponsor"), 1901 Westcliff Drive, Suite 9, Newport Beach, CA 92660.

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Google. Entrants release these companies from any and all liability arising from the Promotion.

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, and the immediate family members and members of the same household of such employees, are not eligible to win the Grand Prize. Void where prohibited.

By entering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that any person you nominate also meets them and consents to being nominated.

The Promotion begins on July 1, 2026 and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

Official method of entry (free): Complete and submit the nomination form on the giveaway page, including a valid name, email address, and phone number. Limit one (1) official entry per person.

You may nominate yourself or another eligible person. If you nominate another person, you are responsible for confirming that they are willing to be nominated and to receive the prize if selected.

Bonus entries (optional): You may earn additional entries through the social actions described on the giveaway page and post (for example, following @rangesportstherapy, sharing the post, tagging friends, reposting, creating a post about your nominee, leaving a Google review, or following @rangeessentials). Social actions are optional, are not required to win, and are verified at the Sponsor’s reasonable discretion. The on-page nomination form remains the official, no-purchase method of entry.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that the Sponsor reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated, or in violation of these Rules may be disqualified.

Winners will be selected by the Sponsor following the close of the Entry Period and announced on or about August 4, 2026 on the Sponsor’s Instagram account, @rangesportstherapy.

One (1) Grand Prize winner and three (3) Patriot Award winners will be selected by the Sponsor based on the nominee’s story and the spirit of the Promotion. Selection decisions by the Sponsor are final and binding.

Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. If a potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) days, does not respond, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Grand Prize (one): One complimentary month of recovery and performance care at Range Sports Therapy, which may include an evaluation and treatment with Dr. G, physical therapy and rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy, corrective exercise and recovery programming, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, recovery and performance modalities, and a comprehensive bloodwork and wellness review, plus a Range Essentials Freedom Package. Approximate retail value (ARV): over $5,000.

Patriot Awards (three): Each Patriot Award consists of a Range Essentials gift pack and one complimentary treatment session. ARV: approximately $250 each.

The specific services included in the Grand Prize will be determined by the Sponsor based on a clinical evaluation and what is appropriate and safe for the winner. Prizes must be redeemed at the Sponsor’s Newport Beach location and used within ninety (90) days of award unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prizes are non-transferable, may not be substituted, and have no cash value, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty of any kind. The prize is not health insurance and does not create a doctor-patient relationship until the winner completes the Sponsor’s standard intake and consent process.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period and on the Sponsor’s selection of the entries that best reflect the spirit of the Promotion.

Information you submit is collected by the Sponsor and used to administer the Promotion and to contact you about it. If you opt in, the Sponsor may also contact you with marketing emails and, separately, text messages. You may unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message, and you may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

The Sponsor will not sell your personal information. Your information is handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy practices.

Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city, likeness, and nomination story for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless the winner notifies the Sponsor otherwise in writing before the prize is awarded.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claim or liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
